WHEREAS, the Council adopted Resolution No. 001, Series 2014 approving a legislative calendar for the year 2014; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined the necessity to reschedule the regularly scheduled Appropriations Committee meetings time from 4:30 PM to 3:45 PM as originally evidenced on Attachment A of Resolution No. 001, Series 2014.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
 
SECTION I:      The Council hereby reschedules the regularly scheduled meeting time for the Appropriations Committee from 4:30 PM to 3:45 PM.
SECTION II: The Metro Council hereby amends Resolution No. 001, Series 2014
SECTION III:      This resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
