TITLE
A MOTION TO APPROVE A $2,000 FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND FOR EACH DEPUTY CORONER AS LISTED ON ATTACHMENT A, IN THEIR CAPACITY AS JEFFERSON COUNTY, KENTUCKY DEPUTY CORONER.
BODY
WHEREAS, in accordance with KRS 72.010 the Deputy Coroner shall execute a bond for the faithful performance of the duties of his/her office; and
WHEREAS, the Louisville, Jefferson Metro Council "The Council" must approve a $2,000 Faithful Performance Bond for each Deputy Coroner as listed in the attached, in their capacity as Deputy Coroners of Jefferson County, Kentucky.
UPON MOTION AND PROPERLY SECONDED, THE COUNCIL ORDERS THE APPROVAL OF THE AFORESAID BONDS IN THE STATED AMOUNT FOR THE AFOREMENTIONED JEFFERSON COUNTY DEPUTY CORONERS AND DIRECTS THAT THE BONDS SHALL BE FILED WITH THE JEFFERSON COUNTY COURT CLERK PER KRS 72.010.
SECTION I. That the $2,000 Faithful Performance Bonds for the attached in their capacity as Jefferson County Deputy Coroners is approved.
SECTION II. This motion shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
