WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to enter into this agreement through the Department of Public Works & Assets.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to accept an amendment to the current LaGrange Road Bike and Pedestrian Project to now include intersection improvements.

SECTION II:                      This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
