WHEREAS, the funding has been approved by Fifth Third Bank; and
WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to take advantage of this funding opportunity through the Department of Community Services,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept funding from Fifth Third Bank in the amount of $5,000 to be administered by the department of Community Services.

SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
