A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT A DONATION OF $62,500 FROM STOCK YARDS BANK & TRUST FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A PAVILION AT THE SENECA PARK GOLF COURSE .

WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to take advantage of this funding opportunity through Louisville Metro Parks Department.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept the donation of $62,500 for construction of a new pavilion located at the Seneca Golf Course practice tee. Donor requests naming rights in perpetuity in consideration of this gift that will provide a permanent structure for the Stock Yards Bank $1 Million Hole-In-One contest along with other hosted events. Upon completion of the pavilion, future operation and maintenance support will be administered through the Louisville Metro Parks Department.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
