TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $9,797 FROM DISTRICT 9 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE UNITED CRESCENT HILL MINISTRIES, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW PRINTER COPIER AND THREE NEW COMPUTERS (As Amended).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $9,797 is hereby appropriated from the District 9 Neighborhood Development Funds, through the Office of Management and Budget, to the United Crescent Hill Ministries, Inc. for the purchase of a new printer copier and three new computers.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
