WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to enter into this agreement through the Department of Public Works & Assets.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I:                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept a $50,000 commitment from the City of Lyndon, Kentucky in support of sidewalk improvements along Ormsby Lane.

SECTION II:                      This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
