AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 101, SERIES 2014, PERTAINING TO THE CAPITAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-15 BY EXCHANGING $100,000 IN BOND PROCEEDS WITH CDBG FUNDING BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS ADMINISTERED BY THE PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT.

Be it ordained by the Legislative Council of the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government (The Council) As Follows:
Section I: Part I., K. Parks & Recreation, of Ordinance No. 101, Series 2014 is hereby amended as follows:

SECTION II: The Council has determined that the funds requested in this ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION IIII: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
