WHEREAS, the Louisville Metro Office of Management & Budget - Facilities Management division would like to accept a donation from Humana Inc., of used office furniture.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to accept a donation valued at approximately $54,000 from Humana Inc., of used office furniture.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
