AN ORDER TO APPROVE A $10,000 FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND FOR JOHN D. ZEHNDER IN HIS CAPACITY AS CONSTABLE OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, KENTUCKY.

SPONSORED BY:   COUNCIL PRESIDENT WINKLER

WHEREAS, in accordance with KRS 70.310, the Constable shall execute a bond for the faithful performance of the duties of that office; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Council of the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government has determined that a $10,000 Faithful Performance Bond is sufficient to insure the faithful performance of John D. Zehnder in his capacity as Jefferson County Constable.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:                      The Council approves the aforesaid bond in the stated amount for Jefferson County Constable John D. Zehnder and directs that the bond shall be filed with the Jefferson County Court Clerk.

SECTION II:  This Order shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
