A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $37,309 FROM THE ASSOCIATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH LABORATORIES (APHL) FOR EXPANDED ACCESS TO INTERFERON GAMMA RELEASE ASSAY (IGRA) TO BE ADMINISTERED BY PUBLIC HEALTH & WELLNESS.

WHEREAS, APHL has approved funding in the amount of $37,309 for expanded access to IGRA to be administered by Public Health and Wellness; and
WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to take advantage of this opportunity,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept funding in the amount of $37,309 from APHL for expanded access to IGRA to be administered by Public Health & Wellness.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
