AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $6,100 FROM NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $4,100 FROM DISTRICT 11; AND $2,000 FROM DISTRICT 18; THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE MCMAHAN FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT TO PURCHASE TABLES AND CHAIRS TO BE UTILIZED IN MCMAHAN FIRE STATION’S COMMUNITY ROOM

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $6,100 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $4,100 from District 11; and $2,000 from District 18; through the Office of Management and Budget, to the McMahan Fire Protection District to purchase tables and chairs utilized in the community room at McMahan Fire Station.
SECTION II: The Council has determined that the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures, as adopted and effective as of the passage date.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
