BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“THE COUNCIL”) AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I:  The sum of $9,000 $13,500 $15,000 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $3,000 from District 13; and $1,500 each from Districts 12, 14, 19, 20, 22, and 24,; and $500 each from Districts 4, 16, 17, 18, and 23 and 25; through the Office of Management and Budget, to the Louisville Metro Police Foundation for the Boots, Badges, and Bids event to be held August 15, 2026.

SECTION II:                     The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.

SECTION III:                       This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.

SECTION IV:                     This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or otherwise becoming law.
