TITLE

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $30,000 FROM DISTRICT 8 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO DEVELOP LOUISVILLE, OFFICE OF ADVANCED PLANNING, FOR EXPENSES RELATED TO DEVELOPING A JOINT NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN FOR BONNYCASTLE AND CHEROKEE TRIANGLE NEIGHBORHOODS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

 

                     SECTION I:                     The amount of $30,000 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in District 8; through the Office of Management and Budget to Develop Louisville, Office of Advanced Planning, for expenses related to developing a joint neighborhood plan for Bonnycastle and Cherokee Triangle Neighborhoods.

                     SECTION II:                     The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.

                     SECTION III:                      This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.

                     SECTION IV:                     This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
