A RESOLUTION RATIFYING A PERFORMANCE BOND FOR THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT CLERK FOR THE 2015-2016 PERIOD.

Whereas, KRS 67.120 provides that the clerk of the legislative council of a consolidated local government shall execute a bond to be approved by the council.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Official Bond executed by H. Stephen Ott, Clerk of the Metro Council, on January 7, 2013, and renewed each year thereafter until the position is vacated, a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby ratified for the period January 5, 2015 to January 4, 2016.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
