AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $6,800 FROM NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS AS FOLLOWS: $3,400 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 10, 4; THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO GERMANTOWN MISSION, INC., FOR ON-GOING OPERATIONAL AND PROGRAMMING EXPENSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $6,800 is hereby appropriated from the balance of Neighborhood Development Funds as follows: $3,400 each from Districts 10, 4; through the Office of Management and Budget, to Germantown Mission, Inc. for on-going operational and programming expenses.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures, Section 3, as adopted by Resolution No. 290, Series 2011.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
