AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 106, SERIES 2013 and ordinance no. 107, series 2013 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2013-14 operating and capital BUDGETS, RESPECTIVELY, FOR THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT, BY transferring grant funds RELATED TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM from operating to capital.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
Section I: Part I., E. Chief of Community Building, 3. Community Services & Revitalization of Ordinance No. 106, Series 2013 is hereby amended as follows:
a. General Operations

(2) Design'd Other Fund Bal. 338,400
(3) Community Development 6,120,200
(4) Agency and Other Receipts 19,972,300 19,896,059.30
Total - Community Services & Revitalization 35,987,400 35,911,159.30
SECTION II: Part I., L. Community Services & Revitalization of Ordinance No. 107, Series 2013 is hereby amended as follows:
