A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR'S SIGNATURE ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET CONCERNING A PROJECT FOR ROADWAY RESURFACING ON BACK RUN ROAD.

WHEREAS, the Commonwealth and the Metro Government desire to provide for a project to resurface Back Run Road; and
WHEREAS, the Metro Government desires to be the lead agency on that project.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet concerning project to resurface Long Run Road and Taylorsville Road.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
