BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:
PARKS DEPARTMENT
$34,000.00 for a noncompetitively negotiated new Professional Service Contract with River City Drum Corp Cultural Arts Institute, Inc. for professional services regarding instruction in percussion instruments from September 1, 2013 through July 31, 2014.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
