WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to take advantage of this funding opportunity through Economic Growth & Innovation,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept $289,600 from IEL. Funds will be used to improve the long-term labor market prospects of juvenile offenders and in-school youth at-risk of offending.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
