TITLE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 118, SERIES 2010 PERTAINING TO THE 2010-2011 CAPITAL BUDGETS BY AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT $20,000 OF AGENCY RECEIPTS TO BE USED FOR THE DIXIE CORRIDOR PLAN.

Be it ordained by the Legislative Council of the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government (The Council) As Follows:
Section I: Part I. of Ordinance No. 118, Series 2010 is hereby amended as follows:

35 Dixie Corridor Plan
a. CCRF 125,000
b. CCRF funds in this project are allocated in the amount of $50,000 for District 3 and $75,000 in District 12 related to the Rose Farm Greenspace.
c. AG REC 20,000
SECTION II: The Council has determined that the funds requested in this ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
