Be it ordained by the Legislative Council of the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government (The Council) As Follows:
Section I: Part I. J. Public Works & Assets of Ordinance No. 107, Series 2013 is hereby amended as follows:

Buechel Streetscape Phase II FEDERAL 45,000
SECTION II: Louisville Metro Government and Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet both wish to enter into an agreement to move forward with the supplemental agreement for Buechel Streetscape Phase II as listed in Section I of this Ordinance. This Ordinance fulfills the Resolution requirement from the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet by further recognizing the authority granted by KRS 67C.105(5)(h) for the Mayor to enter into this agreement.
SECTION III: The Council has determined that the funds requested in this ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
