BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The appropriations and necessary expenses set forth in Schedule A, attached hereto, are approved as amended for the Transit Authority of River City Fiscal Year 2014 budget.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.

There is authorized the following revenues and expenditures for the operation of the Transit Authority of River City during Fiscal Year 2014. The total sum of $81,069,526 $80,596,615 shall be appropriated as follows:
