AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A TOTAL OF $9,019 FROM DISTRICT 19 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION (YMCA) FOR A MONUMENT STYLE SIGN AT THE BERRYTOWN FAMILY YMCA LOCATION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The total of $9,019 is hereby appropriated from District 19 Neighborhood Development Funds, through the Office of Management and Budget, to The Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) for a monument style sign at the Berrytown Family YMCA location.
SECTION II: The Council has determined that the funds requested in this Ordinance shall be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures, Section 3 as adopted by Resolution No. 290, Series 2011.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
