TITLE
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,200 TO THE GENERAL FUND.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT ("METRO COUNCIL") AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $1,200.00 is hereby transferred from the Special Revenue Fund to the General Fund related to the Foster Grandparents Program in Community Services & Revitalization.
SECTION II: The Metro Council has determined that the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
