Be it ordained by the Legislative Council of the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government (The Council) As Follows:
Section I: Part I. N. Parks of Ordinance No. 107, Series 2013 is hereby amended as follows:

SECTION IV: This Ordinance fulfills the Resolution requirement from the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet by further recognizing the authority granted by KRS 67C.105(5)(h) for the Mayor to enter into this agreement. Louisville Metro Government and Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet both wish to enter into an agreement to move forward with the supplemental agreements for the following projects as listed in Sections I-III of this Ordinance:
A. Louisville Loop JMF/Dodge Gap
B. Louisville Loop Campground Road Path
C. Louisville Loop JMF/Medora
D. Louisville Loop JMF/Pond Creek
E. Louisville Loop - Ohio River Levee Trail Extension
F. McNeely Lake Park Access Road
SECTION V: The Council has determined that the funds requested in this ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION VI: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
