TITLE
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET TO DESIGNATE THEIR DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AS LEAD AGENCY ON THE FAIRDALE VILLAGE ROUNDABOUT PROJECT FOR ALL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO RIGHT OF WAY, UTILITIES AND CONSTRUCTION.

WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to enter into this agreement through the Department of Public Works & Assets.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to designate their Department of Highways as lead agency on the Fairdale Village Roundabout Project for all activities related to the Right of Way, Utilities, and Construction phases of the project.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
