AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $6,500 FROM NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $4,000 FROM DISTRICT 10; $2,500 FROM DISTRICT 4; THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE SCHNITZELBURG AREA COMMUNITY COUNCIL, INC. FOR THE THREE POINTS BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT AT GOSS AVENUE AND LOGAN STREET.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $6,500 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $4,000 from District 10; $2,500 from District 4; through the Office of Management and Budget, to the Schnitzelburg Area Community Council, Inc. for the Three Points Beautification Project at Goss Avenue and Logan Street.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
