A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT A $70,000 GRANT FROM THE BERRY CENTER TO FUND THE LOUISVILLE FARM TO TABLE PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government wishes to take full advantage of this funding opportunity made available through The Berry Center and the Department of Economic Development,
BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept a grant from The Berry Center for $70,000 to continue the Louisville Farm to Table Program.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
