TITLE
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT $354,286 FROM THE COMMERCIAL MOBILE RADIOS SYSTEM (CMRS) BOARD TO BE USED BY THE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY FOR A CALL TAKING PROTOCOL SYSTEM.

WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to take advantage of this funding opportunity through the Emergency Management Agency.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept $354,286 from the CMRS Board. Funds will be used by the Emergency Management Agency for a call taking protocol system.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
