BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: Part I., F., 2. Develop Louisville, of Ordinance No. 102, Series 2014, is hereby amended as follows:
2. DEVELOP LOUISVILLE
a. General Operations
(1) General Fund 9,179,300 9,171,700
(2) Community Development 2,884,800
(5) Agency and Other Receipts 4,829,500
Total- Economic Development 16,893,600 16,886,000
The reduction of $7,600 above listed in Item 1.a. (1) removes the funding associated with the West Louisville Youth Space (Adventures in Theatre Camp program) from the Arts, Cultural Assets, and Parks Fund administered by Economic Development.

SECTION II: Part I., E., 3. Public Health & Wellness, of Ordinance No. 102, Series 2014, is hereby amended as follows:
1. Public Health & Wellness
a. General Operations
(1) General Fund 13,877,900 13,885,500
(2) Design'd Other Fund Bal. 15,000
(3) Agency and Other Receipts 1,064,200
Total-Public Health & Wellness 26,484,300 26,491,900
The increase of $7,600 above listed in Item 1.a. (1) increases the funding for Family Health Center as it relates to that entity's new facility.

SECTION III: The Council has determined the funds requested in this ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
