A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT ON BEHALF OF THE LOUISVILLE METRO PARKS A DONATION FROM SCHELLER'S FITNESS & CYCLING OF TEN DERO FIX-IT-STATIONS EQUIPMENT TOTALING AN ESTIMATED VALUE OF $13,000.

WHEREAS, the Louisville Metro Parks would like to accept a donation from Scheller's Fitness & Cycling of ten Dero Fix-It- Stations equipment.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to accept a donation valued at approximately $13,000 from Scheller's Fitness & Cycling of ten Dero Fix-It- Stations equipment.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
