BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following appropriation for the listed contract is hereby approved:
PUBLIC WORKS AND ASSETS
$75,000.00 for a noncompetitively negotiated new Professional Service Contract with Amanda Smart for professional services regarding pedestrian education and enforcement strategies from October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
