TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $10,000 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $5,000 FROM DISTRICT 4; $3,000 FROM DISTRICT 5; $2,000 FROM DISTRICT 6; THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE PLYMOUTH COMMUNITY RENEWAL CENTER, INC. FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT PROGRAM, OUT OF BOUNDS AND FOOD PANTRY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $10,000 is hereby appropriated from the Neighborhood Development Funds, in the following manner: $5,000 from District 4; $3,000 from District 5; $2,000 from District 6; through the Office of Management and Budget, to the Plymouth Community Renewal Center, Inc. for costs associated with the Academic Enrichment Program, Out of Bounds and food pantry.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
