TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,005 FROM DISTRICT 19 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE EASTWOOD RECREATION CENTER, INC., FOR BUILDING REPAIRS TO THE EASTWOOD RECREATION CENTER (PHASE 2).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $25,005 is hereby appropriated from the District 19 Neighborhood Development Funds, through the Office of Management and Budget, to the Eastwood Recreation Center, Inc., for building repairs to the Eastwood Recreation Center (Phase 2).
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
