TITLE
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT $20,000.00 FOR WORK COMPLETED ON THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES AND THE NATIONAL DISABILITY INSTITUTE.

WHEREAS, the Metro Government, acting by and through its Department of Community Services, Bank On Louisville Program whom partnered with the National Disability Institute (LEAD Center) to provide services included in the MOU; and
WHEREAS, the National Disability Institute is providing $20,000.00 for work completed on the LEAD Center MOU including: Convened Workforce Development/Financial Empowerment, involving collaborative members in Oct. 30 Financial Empowerment Summit, and prepared and submitted recommendations.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept $20,000.00 from the National Disability Institute/LEAD Center for services completed by the Department of Community Services Bank On Louisville Program.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
