A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT $10,000.00 FROM CFED FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES FOR WORK ON FINANCIAL CAPABILITY INTEGRATION TOOLKIT PILOT UNDER THE BANK ON LOUISVILLE PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, the Metro Government, acting by and through its Department of Community Services, provided services through its Bank On Louisville Program for Financial Capability Integration Toolkit Pilot; and
WHEREAS, cfed awarded the Metro Government $10,000.00 for its work completed on the Financial Capability Integration Toolkit Pilot.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept $10,000.00 from cfed for services completed by the Department of Community Services Bank On Louisville Program.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
