A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT ON BEHALF OF THE LOUISVILLE METRO PARKS A DONATION FROM LAKESIDE SEAHAWKS SWIM TEAM OF TWO HOIST PERSONAL PULLEY GYMS EQUIPMENT TOTALING AN ESTIMATED VALUE OF $5,000.

WHEREAS, the Louisville Metro Parks would like to accept a donation from Lakeside Seahawks Swim Team of two Hoist Personal Pulley Gyms to be used at the Mary T. Meagher Aquatic Facility.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to accept a donation valued at approximately $5,000 from Lakeside Seahawks Swim Team of two Hoist Personal Pulley Gyms for use at the Mary T. Meagher Aquatic Facility.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
