WHEREAS, the Louisville Metro Parks would like to accept a donation from Louisville Metro Parks Foundation of playground equipment, surface material and cost of installation to be located at California Park totaling an estimated value of $262,407. ten Dero Fix-It- Stations equipment.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to accept a donation valued at approximately $262,407 from Louisville Metro Parks Foundations of playground equipment, surface material and cost of installation to be located at California Park. This donation is the result of a collaboration between the Foundation, Metro Parks and the DREAM Foundation.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
