WHEREAS, the application for the funding has been reviewed and approved by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet; and
WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to take advantage of this funding opportunity through Develop Louisville,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept Congestion and Air Quality (CMAQ) funding from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet in the amount of $2.3M to construct three fast-fill natural gas (CNG) fueling stations to be administered by Develop Louisville.

SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
