BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: The sum of $18,500 $19,000 $21,000 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds as follows: $4,000 from District 6; $2,000 each from Districts 8, 17, 5, 2, 14, 23, 10; $1,000 from District 9; $500 each from Districts 25, 15, 21, 13; through the Office of Management and Budget, to the Kentucky Shakespeare Festival, Inc., for Shakespeare in the Parks "Macbeth" tour.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
