A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET TO ACCEPT AN ADDITIONAL $967,000 OF FUNDING FOR WIDENING OF BUECHEL BANK ROAD PROJECT FOR RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS & ASSETS.

WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to enter into this agreement through the Department of Public Works & Assets.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a supplemental agreement with Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to accept an additional $967,000 to fund the right of way phase of the Buechel Bank Road Widening Project to be administered by the Department of Public Works and Assets.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
