A PROJECT NAMED REINSTATE PROPOSED CAPITAL LAPSES TO A NEW PROJECT TITLED DISTRICT 8, PAVING AND SIDEWALKS, INCREASING DISTRICT 21 PAVING AND SIDEWALKS, INCREASING ZOO CAPITAL ACCOUNT, AND INCREASING ALLEY PAVING PROJECT.
