TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $14,281.45 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $7,140.73 FROM DISTRICT 24; $7,140.72 FROM DISTRICT 13; THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO THE OKOLONA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT FOR TABLES, CHAIRS, STORAGE CARTS AND A CHAIR DOLLY IN A COMMUNITY ROOM.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $14,281.45 is hereby appropriated from Neighborhood Development Funds in the following manner: $7,140.73 from District 24; $7,140.72 from District 13; through the Office of Management and Budget, to the Okolona Fire Protection District for tables, chairs, storage carts and a chair dolly in a community room.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
