AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 101, SERIES 2014 AND ORDINANCE 102, SERIES 2014 PERTAINING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2014-2015 CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGETS, RESPECTIVELY, BY TRANSFERRING FUNDS TO ACCOMMODATE ADDITIONAL DEBT SERVICE FUNDING, INCREASING FUNDING TO THE SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL LIBRARY BY $60,000 DUE TO ADDITIONAL FUNDING FROM THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT FOR LIBRARIES AND ARCHIVES (KDLA).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Part I., L., 1., a., Capital Construction of Ordinance No. 102, Series 2014 is hereby amended as follows:
A transfer of $1,461,100 $1,521,100 is hereby authorized from the General Fund to the Capital Cumulative Reserve Fund.
SECTION II: Part I., H., Youth Detention Services of Ordinance No. 101, Series 2014 is hereby amended as follows:

SECTION IV: The Council has determined that the funds requested in this ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION V: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
