AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 101, SERIES 2014 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 152, SERIES 2014 AND ORDINANCE NO. 140, SERIES 2009 WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 90, SERIES 2009 AND ORDINANCE NO. 42, SERIES 2009, THAT AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. ORDINANCE 126, SERIES 2007 AND ORDINANCE NO. 111, SERIES 2008, RELATING TO THE CAPITAL BUDGETS FOR FISCAL YEARS 2014-15, 2007-09, AND 2009-10 FOR LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT BY TRANSFERRING REMAINING CDBG CAPITAL FUNDS TO COMMUNITY CENTER IMPROVEMENTS TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT.
