A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT AND RECEIVE A STIPEND FROM METROPOLITAN SEWER DISTRICT OF $7,500 FOR REMOVAL OF SEDIMENT FROM THE BRIDGEGATE RETENTION BASIN LOCATED IN THE BRIDGEGATE SUBDIVISION AT THIRD STREET ROAD AND HOLIDAY DRIVE.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works and Assets may accept $7,500 from Metropolitan Sewer District; and
WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to enter into this Memorandum of Agreement with Metropolitan Sewer District through the Department of Public Works and Assets.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement and receive a stipend of $7,500 from Metropolitan Sewer District for Retention Basin Improvements located at Third Street Road and Holiday Drive through the Department of Public Works and Assets.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
