A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT AND RECEIVE A STIPEND FROM METROPOLITAN SEWER DISTRICT OF $20,000 TO INSTALL STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ON DRESCHER BRIDGE AVENUE BEGINNING AT BROWNSBORO ROAD AND ENDING AT DELMONT AVENUE.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works and Assets may accept $20,000 from Metropolitan Sewer District; and
WHEREAS, the Metro Government wishes to enter into this Memorandum of Agreement with Metropolitan Sewer District through the Department of Public Works and Assets.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement and receive a stipend of $20,000 from Metropolitan Sewer District for improvements generally consisting of installing curb, gutter, drainage pipe and catch basin along with other general roadway improvements on Drescher Bridge Avenue.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
