BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: The sum of $5,900 $9,500 is hereby appropriated from the Neighborhood Development Funds, in the following manner: $2,000 from District 22; $1,000 from District 10; $600 from District 7; $500 each from Districts 14, 19, 6, 17 20, 25; $300 each from Districts 4, 13, 1; $250 each from districts 2, 3, 8, 9, 16, 18, 21, 23; through the Office of Management and Budget, to Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana, Inc. for curriculum materials.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council's Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
