TITLE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $30,000 FROM DISTRICT 10 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS, THROUGH THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET, TO GERMANTOWN BASEBALL, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF A USED BOBCAT, BLEACHERS AND PICNIC TABLES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE COUNCIL) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The sum of $30,000 is hereby appropriated from the District 10 Neighborhood Development Funds, through the Office of Management and Budget, to Germantown Baseball, Inc. for the purchase of a used bobcat, bleachers and picnic tables.
SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance will be expended for a public purpose.
SECTION III: This grant is subject to the Council’s Policies and Procedures as adopted and effective at the date of passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
